Early booking ensures you’ll secure your place on my calendar and enjoy a 20% discount on any full session of 1 hour or longer. Early Booking Details:

  • Early booking runs until midnight on December 31, 2024

  • Requires a $300 deposit to lock in your session and savings

  • Applies to any full session of 1 hour or longer

  • Travel fees may still apply

  • Trainers booking farm call days: The deposit applies to your personal session, but everyone at your barn will also receive the 20% discount.

The Experience

1: Secure your spot

Fill out my inquiry form to let me know the type of session you’d like, your location, and your preferred timeframe or any deadlines. You’ll receive an invoice for the $300 deposit, and once it’s paid and the contract is signed, your discount and session are locked in.

3: session day

Show up and enjoy the experience; I'll take care of the rest! I’ll arrive about a half hour early to scout the best light, and to help you make any final outfit decisions.

2: plan your session

We’ll finalize the exact date, session length, and additional details closer to your session date to ensure everything aligns perfectly. Then its time for the fun part! I’ll guide you through every detail, from selecting outfits to how to best prep yourself and your horse. I’m here for whatever you need!

4: after the session

Within a week, you'll receive sneak peeks, and in 6-8 weeks, a private gallery with your final images. At this point, you can use your session credit for prints or ad designs. Need your images sooner? Just let me know!

When you early book, your $300 deposit secures your personal session and locks in the 20% discount for everyone at your barn. Once we decide on a date, I’ll create a custom sign-up form for your barn members.

This form streamlines the process—your clients simply fill it out with their details and preferences, and I take care of organizing everything, from scheduling individual sessions to ensuring everyone’s needs are met. All you have to do is share the link with your barn, and I’ll handle the rest. It’s stress-free for you, and your barn community gets the benefit of professional photos with the same early booking savings!
